Denny's Scholarship Program
The Denny's Scholarship Program offers funds to students in select regions who have an interest in business, marketing or a related field.
Application Deadline: March 15th, 2009
Individual Awards: $500-$5,000
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be of Hispanic background
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in the United States
- Must be studying full-time in the United States or Puerto Rico
- Must have a minimum GPA of a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must be from the greater metropolitan areas of Houston TX, Dallas TX, Miami FL, Phoenix AZ, Fresno CA, San Diego CA, Los Angeles CA, Greenville NC, Asheboro NC, or Spartenburg SC
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in busines, entrepreneurship, marketing, or a related field for the 2009-2010 academic year
Required Documents:
- Official transcript - Postmarked by March 15th
- Proof of family income - Postmarked by March 15th
- Proof of citizenship status - Postmarked by March 15th
- Essay - Submitted online by March 15th
- Letter of Recommendation - Submitted online by March 15th
- Resume - Submitted online by March 15th
- Financial Aid verification (if chosen as semi finalist only) - Submitted online by June 30th
