Did you know that over the next 15 years more than two-thirds of the overall workforce growth in America will be Latino, but less than one percent of that growth will be in management? 

In light of this Department of Labor finding, the Hispanic Heritage Foundation in partnership with the Hispanic College Fund created LOFT (Latinos On Fast Track) to systematically identify, prepare and place emerging Latino professionals in industry specific jobs to bolster the Latino management presence in America’s workforce. 

Through creative partnerships with the private and public sectors, LOFT identifies ideal candidates for targeted jobs or internships and provides industry-specific training through tutorials, workshops and educational materials.  This close attention to every step in the employment process not only prepares young leaders but also galvanizes the candidates for immediate impact and high-level performance.  These specially-tailored programs also focus on improving the communities being served by various industries including mortgage lending, engineering, technology, private banking, insurance, homebuilding, retail and even entertainment.
