Eligibility Criteria: •Must be of Hispanic background. •Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. •Must plan to pursue, or be currently pursuing, a degree that will lead to a career in the health field. •Must be high school seniors or graduates who plan to enroll or are already enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, vocational or technical school. •Must have earned and maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average of no less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. •Must demonstrate financial need. •Must demonstrate commitment to working in underserved communities, including community health centers.
**Employees and immediate family members of UnitedHealth Group and its affiliates are ineligible.
