CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Scholarship Program

Application Deadline: March 1, 2012

Amount of Each Scholarship: $500-$5,000

How to Apply: Complete the application for Health Care Majors; Business Majors; or Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Majors.

To Apply, Students Must:
•  Be of Hispanic background
•  Maintain a 3.0 Grade Point Average (on a 4.0 scale
•  Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, OR have graduated from a high school in the U.S. by June 2011 after have attended for at least 3 years
•  Reside in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
•  Plan to enroll in a fulltime undergraduate or graduate program for the 2012-2013 academic year at an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
•  Be pursuing a degree in a health care, science, or business-related field
•  Demonstrate financial need
